For our final session of the school year, during this 4-week session, students will make a variety of projects for the beach.
We will start with a wet swimsuit bag, then a fruit slice pouch and sunglasses case. The swimsuit bag will be a large zip pouch with a waterproof lining, made from a summery or nautical fabric of their choice.

May 25, June 1, 8, 15

June 3, 10, 17 (no class Memorial Day weekend)

June 4, 11, 18 (no class Memorial Day weekend)

Please read the following information about our covid safety procedures

The studio has been reconfigured to have 6 sewing stations that are at least 3’ apart .

Everything needed for the day's project will be in place at each station before students arrive so there's no need for anyone to interact closely.

Each student will come in, wash their hands, and then be directed to a station.

There are new waivers for parents to sign (currently enrolled students do not need to submit forms again), and we ask that parents not enter the building.

As of March 7, 2022, masks are optional.

The entire studio will be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly in between classes.

If you have never taken a sewing machine class at Stitchery before, an introductory private lesson is mandatory before joining a class (private lessons are $40/hour and can be scheduled at your convenience). There must be 2 students enrolled for a class section to run, so tell your friends who would like to sew with you!
